Once the project began, a detail review of the screens, content, and functionality was done with the clinical specialists to define the requirements. Using the Philips Medical System product identity standards, concepts for both the software and control panel were developed. The concepts were iterated and finalized with both the clinical specialists and implementation team.

The result was a series of screen templates and visual specifications for implementation by the Medison programmers.
