Eastman Kodak: Picture Network redesign

Problem   /   Process   /   Solution

A complete redesign of Kodak's
online photo service. This service
allowed users to have photos scanned
and posted on the Web while having
their film processed. Once on the Web,
the photos could be made into an
online album, or output as prints and
or be sent as picture postcards. The
existing site had limited functionality
and poor usability.

Role
Information Architect, working with a multidisciplinary team. Responsible for the design of the site architecture, screen organization and interaction.
