|
The focus of the research was to better understand the patient monitoring alarms workflow and issues, for future product development opportunities. The client wanted the product team to lead and participate in the research, so the design team focused on developing a research plan and tools that would guide the research teams. The design team defined the research plan and tools for capturing research data, and facilitated the post research meetings to gather and then model the findings for the client.
