|
The team began with the definition of website mission, brand attributes and business objectives. The design criteria and requirements were synthesized from a best practices audit, existing user research and Walden Media educator guides. A series of organizational models and concepts were explored and developed into prototypes. The prototypes and design directions were used in contextual design research sessions with teachers. Based on teachers feedback, the team finalized the lesson plan approach, site architecture, navigation and screen design.
