IBM: Strategy for Web presence

Problem   /   Process   /   Solution


The team began with an analysis of
the current state of IBM Web—target
audiences, content types, and
subtrends.

Then we identified types of content
available to IBM Web users and
explored different ways to organize
that content into a larger system.

Once an organizational model was
selected, the team evaluated and
categorized all of IBM's Web content
and created a navigation strategy to
integrate all of IBM's Web offerings.
